Yes, and in the case you haven't noticed, Grand Knight also have very good sword attack. You don't have to charge all time.

Why Necromancer has so high hp?

It is a lot more than a level two mages, and it is double DA hp. I mean, 58 hp is a bit to much for level two mage.

Look at HI cost, it 19. That is a lot! Also, in earlier version Iron Maulers attack was 22-2, which was a bit to low.

Ghosts are not hard to level up, and Wraiths have drain which makes them alot harder to kill And for a Skeletons, they should not resist fire. This would make them resistant to Mages and Drakes. When playing with Loyalists you need also a ranged damage. It is impossible to use just a HI as melee dam...
