6How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
Very clear. The objectives are really unique in this scenario, but it does a great job of explaining them. How clear did you find the scenario objectives?
Same awful "dialect" writing as the rest of the campaign. How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario?
I mean, the enemy has a gazillion high-level troops and endless gold, and they're camped out in a fortress. The cool thing about this is you really have to think about how to accomplish the actual scenario objectives, and be smart about how to get that done in the middle of a giant four-way battle. It's rather awesome. What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?
9, if you don't read the dialog. How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)
Fix/revert the writing. In particular for this map and the epilogue, the changed ending feels glib and unsatisfying. And it doesn't make sense that Relana would leave a note just sitting around to let anyone who wanders by know where they went. Bleh. What, if any, are changes you would have made to the scenario to make it more fun?

7How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
Mostly clear. Similar to the other maps I think the "special objectives" (sword, crypt, whirlpool, shack) need to be marked/clarified somehow, so that it isn't necessary to read the walkthrough to figure them out and decide how to plan your actions. It's a bit frustrating that the only alternative is to try to go explore those with different units, and then restart after you figure out what they actually do.How clear did you find the scenario objectives?
Same awfulness as in the rest of the campaign. This is such a great story; please fix the writing! How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario?
Simply defeating the enemies without getting too many of my units killed, especially during the last few patrols. Also, it can be a bit tricky to work with the sequence of turns, since the shadow mages go just before the enemy turn. I was trying to feed some XP to the mages, but got in trouble because that left them exposed to retaliation before the other units could move forward and block. That ended up producing a couple of restarts before I learned to be more cautious. What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?
8 – This is a really well-designed map in the gameplay sense – I felt that it was an improvement over the previous version (which was already pretty good). In one patrol after I killed most of the enemies the survivors fled back to join with the next upcoming patrol, which was kind of cool. It was definitely a solid challenge to deal with the final skirmisher enemies, and it really fit the bandit theme of holding back and waiting for dark to set up an ambush. Overall really great design. How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)

There's not really much challenge here, once you understand how the vision ranges work, but it's fun to have to scout and sneak around. What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?

5 – The difficulty here really depends on what troops Maddock recruits and how well they do. I played it a couple of times, and in one case his troops wiped out like half of the enemy forces, and another time they only killed one or two enemies. So it's a difficulty range of around 3 to 6 depending on that factor. How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
Mostly clear. Similar to the other maps I would recommend flagging the "special objectives" in some way.How clear did you find the scenario objectives?
There are a couple of lines here that are actually funny ("Head out of your behind, Maddock!") and show how Baldras and Harper could be written in a way that sounds rural and humorous but still has integrity. Baldras seems to have at least a little bit of spine here. Overall though the dialogue partakes of the same ick factor as the other parts of this campaign. It's frustrating how it has taken one of the best stories in Wesnoth and turned it into a cheap mockery. How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario?
Mostly just the time factor, plus the threat posed by the enemy leader. The limited time pushes you to move south out of the city before you really want to, and I had to attack the leader before I had a chance to heal. Overall it seems a good, balanced challenge. What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?
6 if you don't read the dialog. The overall concept of the scenario and the enemies changing form is really cool. How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)

4How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
Mostly clear. Similar to the other maps I think the "special" objective in the south needs some kind of clarification regarding its existence and who can benefit from it. There was also a really weird comment when a unit moves down near the lake and Baldras randomly says, "I don't like the look of that water." I expected a monster to pop out or something but it never happened. Not sure if this is supposed to be an oblique reference to the bottle, but in any case it was weird and confusing. How clear did you find the scenario objectives?
Ugh.How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario?
The main challenge is having to split up our forces, because there's not enough time to defeat the leaders one after the other, plus the ally can sometimes get overrun. I found that the time factor was very pressing and made me take risks that I otherwise wouldn't have. But, that's generally a good thing since it makes the gameplay exciting against what otherwise would be weak enemies. The general map concept of a two-front battle is really interesting and fun here. What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?

The enemy commentary ("try not my patience") and the peasant here were a high point. The writing for Baldras and Harper is terrible. How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario?
The biggest dangers are the enemy's charging units and the leader. Seemed like a well-balanced fight overall; fairly easy. What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?

3How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
Mostly clear. I had some trouble figuring out what the point of the backpack icon was – ran a unit up there and it didn't do anything at all; ran a different kind of unit up there and it didn't do anything; this was kind of annoying so I just looked it up in the walkthrough and started over. How clear did you find the scenario objectives?
Not so great. This campaign used to be very strong in terms of narrative, but it seems to have been revised with a painfully bad "dialect" and what seems to me like a real lack of feeling for the story. I got the impression that the writer actively hates the characters and is trying to make them out as idiots. The speech patterns in the writing and also the overall character presentation just seem profoundly "off." Most of the new dialog doesn't come across as witty or fun, but rather just disdainful, mocking, and poorly put together. How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario?
It's a legitimate challenge here to keep the enemies from reaching the village and to avoid getting the footpads killed. Not too difficult, but enough to keep it interesting. What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?
It would be around 6 if you didn't read the dialogue, but the writing changes really killed this one for me, so more like 2.How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)
